AFC Liverpool

Ramsbottom United Preview

Weather permitting, AFC Liverpool head to second placed Ramsbottom United tomorrow afternoon.

If the game goes ahead, the Reds will be looking to put behind them last weekend’s game against Stone Dominoes and manager Paul Moore will be looking for a performance reminiscent of the win over Runcorn Linnets.

Ramsbottom will be a tough proposition with only one defeat in their last eleven games and four wins from their last four. Away wins over Runcorn Linnets, AFC Blackpool and Glossop North End was followed up last weekend with an exciting 5-3 home win over Ashton Athletic, with striker Jon Robinson grabbing a couple of the goals and extending his good form that saw him named as the North West Counties Premier Division Player of the Month for November.

There is a pitch inspection scheduled for 9am, the result of which will be posted on AFC Liverpool’s Twitter Page as well as a post on the website.
